Slim Fast Plan
Slim Fast is a meal replacement plan and has been proven to be a structured weight loss programme that really works. How much weight will I lose?
There is no set claim about how much weight you will lose, results will vary from person to person. As this restricts calories it goes without saying that if you stick to the diet you will lose weight.
